I had a deeply disappointing experience with Mason Family Pet Hospital. It’s baffling how they’ve received so many positive reviews given the way they treated me. It was an awful encounter despite never receiving the service, they still charged me. Karma will catch up with them soon.

All they care about is money, and they don't care about your pets. My cat vomited and almost passed out while I was taking him to the hospital. I asked them to please postpone my appointment to the next available time, but the lady on the phone only talked about the deposit. "Your deposit will not be refunded," she repeated again and again. She showed no empathy. She simply said, "Just bring them here, the doctor will treat them."
It’s not about the deposit; it’s about the way they behaved. Even after I sent evidence of my pet’s condition, they were still only focused on the money. Be careful before taking your pets to this place. If they only care about money, they don’t care about your pets.

Mason Family Pet is amazing. They have been caring for our pets for the last 15 years. They show compassion and professionalism from the moment you enter the practice. They are also very helpful in situations that require you to be seen the same day! I would highly recommend this practice for your family!
