I initially left a negative review for Main Line after they were contracted to inspect my home sewer line during my home sale process by a potential buyer. I am updating my review to reflect a conversation I just had with the owner of the business, Patrick.
Patrick called me to talk about my experience. We talked through the specific items I was unhappy about. He listened to my side of things and I heard out his side. Patrick seems to be a genuine and honest guy and wants to do right by his customers. The guy was on time and friendly. He took the time to explain the process (I ask lots of questions, and was quick at his work. Afterward he provided documentation/clear pictures that I was able use to get the city come out and correct a sewer issue. All around great experience. Would definitely call again.

Hired MIS to do a sewer line evaluation, prior to a rental property purchase. Patrick did an excellent job, working through the challenge of access to the line, as well as some funky bends. The resulting report was very thorough, helping to diagram the pathway of the line through the yard, as well as potential challenges that I could expect in the future. Would highly recommend.
