This was my first time at the facility and performing this type of exercise. It kicked my butt. I was able to go at my own pace and my own range of motion until I get the hang of it. Very challenging but supportive environment.
Come for the shakes and sweat, leave with strength! Great class, looking forward to trying another class soon. It was my first time to try, and Nicole (our instructor) walked us through everything, challenged us at the right times, and was a great support. The music was great too - helped me get past the tough moments where “five seconds” feels like forever ?
The Body Alive Lagree class was just the challenge I was looking for to mix up my workout routine! The instructor, Nicole, was knowledgeable and patient, showing each move and helping correct form for new members. Looking forward to taking more classes from Nicole very soon!
