Bassett is our plumber of choice! Dylan was able to diagnose the issues we were having in our home and Cody worked tirelessly to fix them. He went the extra mile to be sure that everything was done with excellence and to our satisfaction! He also explained everything to us in detail which was very appreciated. Alex was also very helpful in getting our house back to full use quickly. The Bassett team has been prompt, professional, tidy and courteous! Will definitely use again!
Chris was great. I needed a new fusebox because the old one was getting water in it. This resulted in the trip switches shorting out. Chris replaced the fusebox and repaired my kitchen outlets. Thanks Chris!
Over the past couple weeks I’ve worked with several members of the Bassett team.
The customer service team has all been very friendly and responsive. Abby listened to all my concerns, set up my appointments, and got me signed up with their program right away (because I needed quite a bit).
Cole did a great job inspecting my HVAC system and ensured a quick turn around for replacement of both my HVAC and water heater. He gave me options that made sense for both repair and replacement. Which replacement comes with warranties, so that ended up making the most sense.
