I was quoted $1200 to fix the the angle of the toilet drain pipe. The plumber replaced a small piece of pipe and only charged me $600 so I was happy. When my contractor came he finished tiling the floor and when he put the toilet flange on realized that the issue I had paid to get fixed, was NOT fixed. When the plumber came back out he quoted me an additional $1800+ to fix it the right way. So now my total would be $2400!! (1800+$600) The original quote was only $1200! None of this includes the drywall repair to the ceiling below my bathroom. Also there was a mess on the floor that I had to clean up from the first “repair” that was made.

Noticed a water leak on the hot water heater and Bassett came out immediately. Dylan accessed the problem then sent Drew over to install a new heater. Couldn't be happier with the speedy service. Thanks Bassett for saving our new basement from flooding.
