The two gentlemen who run this barber shop are very nice, talkative, and keep you engaged if you have to wait. It's always pleasant to go there to be around real people to talk about real things while getting your haircut. I would highly recommend West End over any of the chain stores in Louisville because the experience is so much better. As a man in Louisville I wouldn't go anywhere else but West End!!!!!!!

I didn't use the barber shop, but I did use the laundry next door, and let me tell you, that was the cleanest ones that I have ever used. The attendant could not have been more helpful.
