First learned about The Appliance Doctor this month. Washing machine operated fine but jumped all over the room.
The Appliance Doctor made a trip to check it out, ordered parts, returned the following week and fixed the problem. He even ran a small load through rinse/spin to test.
Fast, super friendly, very reasonable prices. The repair was less than 50% what a new washer costs. I'm a very happy customer.

Have had Jim out multiple times over the years, not because of bad service, but because I was reluctant to give up on my old appliances. He has always done well by us. Jim is prompt, knowledgeable, professional and cost reasonable. He will let you know when the repair is reasonable or it's time to let go. Highly recommend.Services: Dryer repair

Absolutely fantastic!! The most personable, professional, knowledgeable customer service I’ve experienced in my 12 years living here in Lima. Was able to diagnose one day, and repair the next! Cost was very reasonable. Attention to detail, impeccable. Would recommend Jim for any appliance repair.
