The guys did a great job of installing our new heat pump. The install looks way better than we had with the previous one done by someone else. Also, a guy came over today to inspect the unit 3 days after install to make sure everything was working properly, was not expecting that. Very happy with everything.
We are so fortunate that our home warranty company contracted with Hubbs Heating and Air to replace our air conditioning unit. My first contact with Hubbs was with Cassie, who scheduled our diagnostic appointment. Cassie scheduled each appointment throughout the process. Cassie is very professional, organized and has a sweet disposition. Lucas inspected the unit, diagnosing the specific issues. He explained the condition of the entire unit, both in the attic and outside. He laid out the process involved in replacing the unit. Lucas is professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Appointment within a day of our request! Service technician let me know when he was on his way and arrived when expected. He explained the problem and the steps he was taking to repair our AC unit. Made sure it was working properly before collecting payment and leaving. Great service - would call them again!
