This is my first time needing such service and Xavier talked me through the entire process. I feel confident my issue will be resolved. Xavier was here when he said he’d be, spent time thoroughly assessing my situation and left me feeling confident it would be resolved. Happy to choose a local place over a chain.

I learned a lot by reading the information the company provided on their website. The technician that came out was very professional and informative. It has only been a few days and I have not seen any carpenter ants in my house since. Yeah! Another company was going to charge more and sign me up for monthly service. Lakewood Exterminating said the Carpenter ants would likely be completely taken care of with this one treatment. I love supporting our local companies as well. My neighbor was pleased as well as they treated all the trees on his property as well, which was likely where the nest(s) was located.
