I met Dr. Gullette about a year and a half ago. Before finding her, I had seen a few dermatologists to try to find out if I could reverse my hair loss. Each dermatologist did a brief, manual exam of my scalp and immediately recommended Rogaine or some sort of steroid.......on my first (and last) visit! Knowing the side effects of such recommendations, I decided that was not best. My first visit with Dr. Gullette involved a thorough exam using her microscope and other high tech equipment. She spent more than 45 minutes with me explaining what she was doing, why she was doing it, and then we discussed the plan. She also ordered a battery of lab work as part of my treatment plan. I came to her with more than 50% hair loss. From day one, she told me I would not see changes over night, but that she could help me regrow my hair. And she was sensitive to my sensitivity about my hair loss. That was huge for me! I have seen great results over the last year. I can actually see less of my scalp than what I saw when I first began treatment. I’m amazed! It’s evident that Dr. Gullette is passionate about helping those facing hair loss. And equally important, she’s patient, knowledgeable and thorough. It’s been a true blessing to find her!
On October 5th, 2015, Dr. Gullette took a test of my scalp and hair through a microscope. She did not find any type of damage to my scalp and hair. I was so grateful how she was thorough with the procedure. I felt right at home with the staff. I have also bought a couple of products that I liked, and it has really helped my hair growth. I have made another appointment with this doctor. I recommend others to come to this center.
