From start to finish one of the best experiences I’ve had a veterinary office. The staff was very kind, and personable. They were extremely great with my grumpy calico. They came highly recommended from my mom and sister, they now have the whole family.

We brought our new puppy, Arabella, in and though it was her first appointment for vaccines and preventable exam, they were amazing. All of the techs and nurses were so sweet and made sure our baby was taken care of. So happy to have found such an amazing vet!

I would not recommend Dr. Melissa Dorner at this clinic. After multiple visits for the same issue, my dog’s condition was repeatedly misdiagnosed, which ended up costing me nearly $1,000 without any resolution. She did not seem to review my pet’s previous records or remember prior visits, and her approach felt somewhat dismissive and lacking in empathy.
Eventually, I took my dog to another veterinary hospital, where the problem was identified as a simple infection and treated successfully. I believe Dr. Dorner could benefit from additional training in diagnostics and communication.
I also saw Dr. Julia Lyon once, and while it was a shorter visit, she came across as disengaged and curt.
Overall, I recommend seeking care elsewhere if you’re looking for attentive, consistent, and thorough veterinary care.

Borded our 4 pound Maltese for a few days at the Bed and Bark. I feel he got lots of individual attention from the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be our go to whenever traveling without our dog

VCH diagnosed and successfully removed my dog Watson’s sarcoma. The after-care guidance was excellent, and suture removal was quick and easy. Professional, caring team — highly recommend
