Excellent first visit to CWCH. Dr. Kennie was fantastic as was the whole staff. Her adjustments to my spine and neck brought instant relief. Also, the electro-therapy (Ampcoil?) and cupping done right after my adjustment brought even more relief and is prolonging that relief well after my visit. Highly recommend. I plan on returning as needed.

This was my first experience at the chiropractor and I am impressed by the professionalism, clarity of communication, and by the solution- and prevention-oriented consultation we had with Dr. Katie Phillips. I learned a LOT about spinal and joint health. The whole space is well-thought out and beautifully designed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Dr. Kennie used dry needling to target a knot on my back that had been there almost a year. One side of my back had been tighter throwing everything off. It dissolved less than 48hrs. after treatment. Dry needling has helped with chronic muscle tension in a way that adjustments, cupping, hydra volt and stem had not. Usually I don’t even feel it at all but occasionally it feels like a pinch. I prefer a pinch over back pain any day!
