Chem-Dry of Summit and Cuyahoga provided us with the best experience we've had in years. We've been using providers who use the Chem-Dry system but this company is a level above the rest. They were pleasant, on time and did a fantastic job on everything. Went the extra mile on everything too. Jerry and Melissa did a great job--I am very pleased! This was the first time I used Chem-Dry, and I will definitely use them again.I think they did a better job than prior steam cleaners I've used, and the price was very fair. They reached places under a bed that I couldn't when trying to clean pet stains, moved lighter furniture and took their time to get a thorough job done. In one area where I had been told by previous steam cleaners it was worn (at only maybe 2 years old!), Jerry got it to look better than anyone else has to date (it is now almost 6 years old). Most of the "wear" spot is now gone due to their higher agitating equipment. Jerry was very responsive, early for the appointment, and right on with his estimate.Great job--would definitely recommend them.Services: Pet stain & odor removal

OUTSTANDING RESULTS!!! Jerry & Melissa did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and removing pet odors! He responded quickly, was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning/products, and very meticulous in cleaning. They moved our furniture and their equipment throughout the house with much care and conscientiousness. (I have used ChemDry cleaning services for over 20 years and will not use any other service. However, due to my favorite ChemDry franchiser's best employee moving to another city and subsequent cleaning not up to par, I sought out another CD franchiser. I'm so grateful I've found Jerry & Melissa!) They are a great team and I highly recommend them!!!Services: Pet stain and odour removal
