Staff is hit or miss, sometimes you get a good cut but sometimes you get a person who cares less and will let you sit while they sweep hair on the floor just waiting for one of the other staff to take care of you most of the time that doesnt work band if I'm next I'll pass

Honestly I only go here for a quick trim (split ends and bangs) between color sessions at my normal salon. That being said, both times I've been with Jasmine and shes fantastic, quick and the trim is always perfect, never too much off and she gives my bangs a great refresh. She quiet and not an oversharer (perfect for an introvert lol). She gets in and gets it done fast and fantastic.Service: Haircut

Checked in online before leaving my house. The system said I had a 10 minute wait. Since I live within about 7 minutes I headed in. When I arrived, my name was on top and the system said I had a 14 minute wait. Another customer came in while I was waiting and was seated before me. There were still no names above mine on the que. Not sure why I wasted my time checking in online. I was pretty annoyed by this so I didn't leave a review right away. But here we are two weeks later and it's still pretty annoying. I may give the place one more shot, but I'm already looking for another barber nearby.
