From beginning to end, everyone was very helpful! They answered all our questions promptly and everyone was very knowledgeable about everything during the whole process. We had the pleasure of working with Sue Crow who was AMAZING! She continued to check on us throughout the whole process, ensuring we were well taken care of. Tom Strejcek was our project manager and great throughout the process. Due to his hard work, we were able to finish much sooner than we thought! So thankful for everyone that we had on our team!

Not a day went by when some work was not being done on our house. I can't believe Wayne could build a truly custom home in under 5 months (and I had A LOT of completely custom modifications)! My field manager was outstanding. Tom was extremely available and willing to help - at any time of day. He kept us up-to-date and made sure I was happy with the results. He also went above and beyond to accommodate several, large, last-minute requests (which he didn't have to do), which greatly improved the end result. He was truly a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend Wayne to anyone.

Had a great experience with our build. Everything came out beautiful! Could not recommend our field a manager more, 10/10. We would not have gotten the home we have without him. Highly recommend that your request Randy Bussart for your field manager. Phenomenal communication, and will bend over backwards to make sure you get the home you dreamed of and that everything is done correctly! The overall experience was great and we have a beautiful home because of the Newark Wayne Homes team, a big thanks goes out to everyone on their team involved!
