Just completed construction of our new home near Hartville and we're thrilled with the results. Our goal was to build an 'age in place' low maintenance and energy efficient unique custom designed home to meet our needs and dreams as we moved to the area to be closer to family. Having myself acting as the general contractor while building our last home, we knew some of the pitfalls of not contracting with the right subcontractors from before. My husband and I built with Hostetler and it was fantastic! They help you design what you want, no push for luxury, just the home of your dreams. We are blue collar and just wanted a simple house nothing fancy. It feels so fancy!!! The construction was done well and in a timely fashion. Only was a month longer that expected and that was due to weather, supplying issues and just our home site in general. Even after moving in they maintain communication and help with any little things that pops up that we noticed or need. Always felt we could ask anything at anytime. Hostetler Family Homes was a company to with while building our home. It's 100% custom to what we wanted. All the employees are responsive in a timely manner. Josh is great to work with in designing what we wanted. Randy does an awesome job at communication, did great work on fixing any repairs we needed done and such a great guy to talk to.
