I met with Erin to arrange my husband's cremation. Erin could not have been more helpful. I did not feel at all the need to "keep the ball moving," vis-a-vis taking Erin's time. I was completely comfortable asking questions; after leaving my initial meeting with her, I felt I could call with follow-up questions, and that I would not be interrupting her. Really, the process of arranging my husband's cremation was made comfortable and non-traumatic.
Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home took amazing care of both of my parents (my mother of December of 2020 and my father who I lost last month). They communicated well with me about prices, options and followed the wishes of my parents. Not to mention during this difficult time I live in Columbus and dealing with a lot they stayed on top of letting me know what was going on and understanding.They were extremely professional while also being empathetic and compassionate. I can't thank them enough for the care they provided my loved ones like they have done for years because they also took care of my grandmother. Thank you guys for taking care of my family for so long. ❤️
We lost my dad mid March 2023 and chose Webb Noonan Kidd for the services. My dad didn’t have any funeral arrangements set up and it was a sudden, unexpected passing. Ryan Kidd walked us through everything. He was very professional and sincere and we didn’t feel pressured into anything. Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home made this a much easier process than we expected it to be and we are very grateful for that.
