I’ve been coming to Dana for years, and she has always been absolutely wonderful. Recently, I developed a basal cell on my chest, and Dana was the one who helped me recognize it. She immediately recommended that I see a dermatologist, which I am so grateful for.
I recently had a hydrating facial with Dana, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The ambiance was incredibly calming with a very cozy treatment room that instantly put me at ease.
Dana was warm, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained each step as she went along, and I could tell she was very knowledgeable about skincare.
Right after the facial, my skin felt noticeably softer, smoother, and deeply hydrated. I had a fresh, dewy glow that lasted for days, and there was zero irritation or redness — just results.

What a find—this clean, beautiful, healing space nestled in Hamilton’s German Village. Dana is lovely and professional. Equipment is top notch. Honestly, the most pleasant electrolysis experience ever— skin is not inflamed and I feel more confident. Thank you!
