It was very pleasant. Hygienist was very friendly and gentle. Dr Chris was very nice . Staff was very friendly. This was my 1st visit for cleaning and the experience was very pleasant.
I have been patient at Park Dental care for 47 years. Everyone has always been professional and polite. All of the staff have been helpful with explaining what they are doing & why. The front desk have always welcomed me with a smile. I recently retired and unfortunately the office isn't in my new network, but they will pay partial cost. I chose to stay and pay out of pocket what the insurance doesn't because I get excellent care with the entire Park Dental staff.
Yesterday, before our hike to Yahoo Falls in the Daniel Boone National Forest, I broke a back molar. Thankfully, it wasn't painful, just sharp. This morning, I called my dentist, Park Dental Care Dr. Carrico. They got me in at 10:30, fixed my tooth, and I was home by 11:15. I've gone to this practice since I was little, when it was run by Drs. Paul and Rene Grieselhuber. The staff is always nice and really take time to know you and care. If you're looking for great dental care, I highly recommend!
