I submitted my home warranty claim and received a call same day from Mayes and Sons to schedule my service visit for the next day for my Clogged Toilet issue. My service technician, Alex, tried everything he could to unclog the toilet and when all his efforts failed he called in another technician that had a heavy duty sewer snake.
