This place is fantastic to visit. James ensured that both my husband and I felt completely at ease; he did an excellent job explaining everything, especially regarding my new glasses. Despite my embarrassment about the prescription change, he made me feel comfortable, and the entire staff was kind and patient. This has become our go-to spot for eyeglasses, and my whole family has found an exceptional place for our eye care needs!

I didn’t know much about my insurance or getting glasses. I didnt set up an appointment either. I had my script but really didn’t know what I was doing. I wondered in after leaving my doctors office. And let me say, I am very impressed! I was greeted with smiles and a welcome to SVS VISION! In that moment I knew I was in the right place. I wish I remembered but I think his name was Jason/james or jathan who explained everything I needed in full detail. Didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was wasting his time! I have two frames selected and I will be back in January to buy my glasses!!

I went in looking for a new pair of glasses because I had previously purchased a pair there and was very pleased woth the selection and service.I found a pair I liked and ordered them and a week later they were in and I liked them alot! Nice , friendly salespeople ! ??
