Very clean and professional! She took the time to talk with my daughter and hear her concerns regarding her curly hair. We have really struggled to find a real professional that listened to what she wanted for a curly haircut. It was a great experience and our daughter loves her hair. I can't recommend Meloris at O’Hairganics enough, especially if you have curly hair and have spent your entire life struggling to find someone who truly understands it.
I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the FIRST time in my life that I walked out of a salon feeling *better* than when I walked in. Usually after a haircut, I rush home to wet my hair down and restyle it myself because no one ever seems to know how to work with my curls the way I do. I never make plans after salon appointments because I’m usually disappointed with how my hair turns out and honestly feel embarrassed to be seen in public until I've had a chance to do damage control.
Not this time.
The second I left Meloris’s chair, I texted my husband and told him we needed to make plans immediately because I felt THAT fabulous and refused to waste my hair in the privacy of our own home. I needed the public to see my sparkle!😂

What impressed me most was how much time she spent with me BEFORE we even started. She didn’t just glance at a reference picture and jump into cutting. She sat down with me and had a genuine consultation about my hair goals, my styling routine, the products I use, what I struggle with, what I love about my curls, and what I hoped to achieve. And she truly listened. You can tell immediately that she genuinely cares about helping people love their hair.
The haircut itself was completely different from anything I’ve ever experienced. This wasn’t a generic “pull the hair up and snip” curly cut. She cut my hair dry and followed each individual curl pattern so my curls actually fall naturally and beautifully when styled. The difference is unbelievable.
I also did a color consultation with her for a future appointment, and again, she was AMAZING. She took the time to discuss options with me, pulled out swatches, asked thoughtful questions, listened to my feedback, and collaborated with me to create a color plan I’m genuinely excited about. It felt personal and customized instead of rushed or one-sided.
If you have curly hair and have struggled to find someone who truly understands curls, GO SEE MELORIS. She is incredibly talented, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does.
I’ve officially found my new hair home, and I could not be happier.

Very knowledgeable, knows hair and specifically curly hair, easy to talk to during appointment and explained things and hair etc in great detail which I was grateful for. The appointment started off great with her checking in to make sure I knew where she was located. I went for a big chop and she understood my hair and what I was going for and also talked over the hair cut and made adjustments when I wanted a little framing around my face. Overall would recommend and I received compliments right after my appointment and inquires about what products were used. Her prices reflect her work and her knowledge and awesome service. The curl journey came with products to take home and she showed me all the products she used. She also gave me tips for at home and advice on after care, weekly maintenance etc. I purchased a few extra items like bonnet etc. I liked that she had items for purchase and they were good items and good quality. Her shop was very clean and I was offered snacks and drinks. She made me feel very comfortable. I rebooked :)

She is a very patient woman who will listen to you intently and go slow, ensuring perfection. She has a very gentle personality, and is always willing to make conversation with her clients, creating a friendly and welcoming environment. Finding a new hairstylist is always nerve wracking, but I felt confident in Meloris instantly. My hair turned out better than I could have hoped for.
