Our A/C stopped working on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. I called Hill-Air and the service tech was at my place in an hour. The unit needed additional work two days later and there was no extra charge for the second visit. More than fair and great people to work with!
The technician, Chris, called to let me know when he was on his way. When he arrived he was very respectful, and listened to my questions and concerns. When he was finished with his tasks he came back and explained what he found, and what I could do. He was very helpful.
I needed a complete system (Furnace & A/C). Hill-Air did an outstanding job from start to finish! Jeff & I discussed the options for my house and budget and then Rob & Steve arrived on time the morning of the installation. They worked tirelessly to get my system in & working, plus they took extra care to clean up and not track dirt in the house. The system has been working like a dream since the install back in January! Mark arrived yesterday for a preventative maintenance check on the A/C.
