I was a customer of West Chester Lawn Care for about 20 years, when the owner Gary Magie sold the business to Brian Hibbard. The company has since gone by different names, including Grounds Elite. I cancelled all services with the company after two mowing services in 2021 because I was not satisfied with the quality of service at my new home in Monroe Crossings, which has a new sodded lawn. On July 21,2021, the company mowed my lawn shortly after a rain. I was not at home at the time. The estimate was 25% of what the work actually cost. The workers said this happens all the time. I paid in full. When I called to pass on the discrepancy in the estimate vs the actual cost, “Kat” never apologized for any confusion, simply said “ it’s just an estimate.”The person that did the estimate, Al, never got out of his car or walked in my front or backyard.Service: Yard work

Grounds Elite was recommended to me by another landscaping service that did not do grass mowing. I always took pride in my landscaping and lawn Care and for the last 40 years I have always done it myself. Because I have poor vision, it has become increasingly difficult for me to do a good job. I am happy to say that this company has done a better job then I ever could even when I did have good vision. I have gotten many compliments from my neighbors since Grounds Elite took over my lawn care. I highly recommend them!
