HORRIBLE. Jan that answers the phones lied to me about pricing and what needed done in order for my dog to be fixed. I was expecting a lower cost then when I came in to have an exam done they charged me almost 300 dollars because so much extra stuff needed done than what Jan had told me. I also told the vet tech that I had questions about my dogs anal glands, she said okay then took my dog and when the vet brought her back she told me they had expressed the glands. WITHOUT MY CONSENT! They then charge me 40 dollars for that and I didn’t even want it done. Then when I call and tell them I didn’t want it done they weren’t willing to refund my money for that specific service or even apologize. DO NOT GO HERE! No wonder the place is so quiet and empty bc they SCAM!

I love this group! All of the vets are wonderful, knowledgeable, and clearly love the animals they care for. The vet techs and front desk staff are equally amazing! Companion Care has been able to see my pets urgently when issues arise. They call to check up on my pets after sick visits, procedures, etc. I have been taking my pets here for about 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Horrible experience with Maria Cole. Had an exam because our dog was sick. She stated that our dog probably had an infection because her heart and lungs sounded great. After 10 days of antibiotics and no improvement, we took our dog to an emergency vet. An x-ray revealed an enlarged heart and liver, and her lungs were full of fluid. Vet said her heartbeat was super muffled and recommended an ultrasound. Our dog was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy which could have resulted in her passing if not treated sooner. Maria Cole's lack of care and attention to detail caused our dog to suffer for another 2 weeks without treatment and could have caused her passing.

I honestly cannot express enough The gratitude that I have for this place! I've been taking my dog here for 10 years but yesterday I had to take my cat in for the first time because of an issue in which I wasn't sure if my cat had a bad matt/knot under his chin area or if it was a skin tag issue. It felt like it might have been connected to a vein so I did not want to cut it off until I had a doctor's opinion. I was more than willing to pay the $100 office visit verses taking a chance in cutting a vein on my cat. Hoping for the news of it just being a matt and feeling like a dummy which I'm happy to feel like a dummy at a time like this and that's exactly what it was so I asked her if she would mind to cut it off for me and she did with no hesitation. So I went out to leave to pay my bill and to my surprise they told me there was no charge! Wait what! N0 CHARGE!!! Yep I said that right no charge! I mean how often does that happen!? It doesn't!
So kudos too companion care you guys rock! Thank you for caring enough to do what you do and to be so COMPASSIONATE about it while you're doing it! Thank you for taking care of my fur babies and relieving My stress that I've had the last 4 days over this issue with my cat. I absolutely appreciate you not charging me!!! I did not expect that so I greatly appreciate you even more than I already did! I hope others READ THIS and can understand the importance that this means to a lot of people. Not just the free visit alone, but just the importance that you're here to fix our animals for us!!! And trust me, our fur babies appreciate you more than you'll ever know also!!! 💖💯🫶🫶🫶🐈⬛🐕

I have been here twice. Once with an adult dog and once with a new puppy. And I can not say enough good things about them. all the staff and vets are great. facilities are nice and clean, and the prices are awesome. Would definitely recommend them for all your pet needs.
