We saw Dr. Knapp for years and we liked her! However, even after COVID they had you wait in the car and took your pet! This was not ok with me, and to be honest, I don’t like the location! We searched for a new doctor and we are pleased with who we found! So far, the prices are much more reasonable at the new place, and we get a Senior discount! I do not want to say Animal Medical Center of Euclid is a bad choice, I just want to be with my pets when they are examined, etc.

So glad I found this Vet Clinic. Dr. Ramsey and his staff are very friendly and very good with my animals. Dr. Ramsey takes the time to explain each animals treatment and care. His hours are great and the staff is very accommmodating.

My mother had her dog put down here. It was a very painful, difficult decision. Ultimately, given the prognosis, she felt it was the right thing to do. The staff was not supportive of her choice, and didn’t hesitate to make her feel shame and doubt about it. Their approach to what they should have understood to be a very sensitive and personal decision was flippant and frankly a little cruel. A vet should give their advice and be frank in their assessments, but when a pet owner is faced with thousands of dollars worth of risky surgical interventions with no guarantee of success and allowing their loved one a graceful release from pain, any medical professional worth their salt should appreciate that and have a little bedside manner. Not so here. Go elsewhere.

I am so so thankful we found this vet for our senior pup! Everyone is so kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. We always walk in knowing they’re going to take the best care of girl and have her best interest in mind weighing both the short and long term. They spend so much time with our pup and us explaining our options, the benefits of different routes, what to expect, etc. I only wish we would’ve found them even sooner! If you’re in the market for a new vet (…or tbh even if you aren’t…) you should absolutely start coming to this practice!
