We recently had a family member pass away. Jane and Colleen were very attentive to the needs and requests of the family. During this difficult time, they were both very supportive and caring.
I wish I could give mores stars. Obviously during a death, there are so many things that you have to take care of and with the added emotions, it can be very difficult! My dad passed away a few days ago and being that we were there from out of state, they knew the importance of getting all the details taken care of before we had to leave. They took the time to speak with us and explain the process. They were actually empathetic and didn't just treat you like another "client". I am so glad that we chose them to help with the arrangements for my dad. I can't imagine using anyone else to help me. They are truly amazing!
There are not enough stars to give for Kristina. She has made this difficult time for our family a very smooth pleasant journey for us. From the moment we set up an appointment to plan my fathers funeral to helping me with his life insurance paperwork I couldn’t have asked for nicer people to help and make my dad’s funeral service to be so memorable.
