Make a plan to be out of your home during the sanding and you will come home to beautiful, naked floors! Let Ken decide what color to use for the stain and then, 24 hours later, the 1 coat of polyurethane, next day coat 2 and followed by the 3rd coat. It’s a beautiful process! Thank you Ken and Sam.
