Good Bodies Fitness and Wellness is a semi-private fitness studio that offers a variety of services including personal training, group classes, massage, yoga, lifestyle and nutrition coaching, and physical therapy. The facility is clean, well-organized, and non-intimidating, catering to an adult population, primarily in their 30s to 70s. Many of the clients are professionals such as physicians, architects, and engineers. The trainers at Good Bodies have solid educations in sports physiology, anatomy, nutrition, and physical therapy. They work closely with each client to provide safe and effective programming, with the accountability of a fitness professional. The workouts are intelligently planned and well-judged, tailored to each individual's needs and capabilities. One client, in their early 60s, has been impressed with the studio's ability to address their nagging physical issues and create an individualized program that has resulted in improvements in health, fitness, and mood. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a friendly atmosphere. Another long-term client has worked with several trainers at Good Bodies and has found them all to be knowledgeable, good listeners, and very nice. They have helped the client feel good and stay in good shape, making it a great place for personalized attention. The managers at Good Bodies are dedicated to finding a good match for each client, ensuring a positive and successful fitness experience.

mine had gone to sleep for 3 years as I babied my back. Had become pretty much immobile .
A friend recommended GB's and I took the plunge. The facility offers everything needed, including the staff. Rebecca not only has the
knowledge but listens to you and structures the program based on your circumstances. Her sense of humor also helps get you over the rough spots.

This place is amazing. Felt welcome from the very beginning and that continued through out the years. Facility is very clean, staff is friendly and knowledgable. Can not say enough positive things about this place!! Highly recommend!
I have been training with Jack at Good Bodies for a little over a year now, he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers. Jack and the team are focused on helping me achieve my goals. My fitness has increased noticeably as my overall health. Can’t say enough about Good Bodies fitness would highly recommend them to everyone.
