First let me say that I was extremely pleased with the therapy that Kathy was doing on me. The problem occurred when my primary doctor called to say I was unhappy with the surgeon listening to me with another part of my arm, Kathy had the same concern about my forearm the week before, said she would speak with the surgeon but I never got a call. However I did receive a call from the surgeons office when Kathy called them to tell them of my Primarys call. Apparently, Kathy took that as a personal hit and when I showed up that day for my scheduled therapy she had "both guns out". I was able to read her like a cheap novel.
