I brought my cat here for wat I thought was a bee sting. Staff was great. I got a baby puppy and she will be seeing. Dr McKenzie.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I take my Pitbull Roxie here and they are the friendliest group of people I probably ever met. Dr. Mckenzie and the staff are very professional, they explain every detail of your Dogs health, they explain prices, they explain options, they don't try to sell you, and their always smiling and nice from Dr. Mckenzie to the receptionist Tammy. Shauna is always profesionaland and up front with you explaining everything and their whole staff is always gentle and caring for your pet and I find the prices very reasonable. I definitely recommend this place!

We brought in our elderly cat for a checkup as we assumed it was time to put her down. We talked through all the options. The whole staff did a great job talking, and discussing all the different services, and options they provided. They were extremely caring and compassionate. There was zero pressure, or any kind of selling anything, just good people. In the end, after a few days of bringing our cat home, our family decided it was time to put her down. The staff were so amazing. Our previous vet had closed down and we were so grateful to find this one. Highly recommend from our experience.

I think this is the best. Best veterinarian in Trumbull county. She is so considerate and she's so caring and I just love taking my babies there and thank you for taking care of all of them

70 dollars to tell me my dog is overweight. Made appt because she stopped eating and excessively drinking. No tests. Even first year vet would know to do something!! Went to good vet and got diagnosis kidney disease. Shame on dr mckenzie!

I have been taking my dog here since she was a puppy. Absolutely great place. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and treats my dog with kindness and respect. Dr Mackenzie is so friendly and takes her time with each animal patient. All of the receptionists and techs are great too! My dog loves Kayla the tech she is phenomenal as well! I've had nothing but good things to say about the vet facility!:)

THE EXAM WAS GIVEN IN THE WAITING ROOM! My sister had the worst experience in this office. She is a new Ohio resident and was looking for a new vet. Her and her Pitt Bull were judged the minute they arrive. Her dog normally barks while at the vet because he gets so stimulated as I’m sure many dogs do when placed in a new environment which foreign sights, sounds and smells. While barking he remained sitting between her legs, never acting in any aggressive way. AFTER AN HOUR long waiting in the waiting room to be seen, the vet proceeded to come out and give the examination and shots IN THE WAITING ROOM among other dogs, people, and children running around! We have never went to an office that didn’t take you back into a private room. The vet proceeded to tell my sister that she’s going to have a dog that attacks children because he was barking and looking at the kids/people….Mind you this was my sisters first time in the office. So the vet not any of the techs there know anything about the dog or his environment, he has been around kids consistently in the 5 years we’ve had him. He wouldn’t hurt a fly. My sister was so upset by the entire experience and lack of hospitality and respect she received. Were extremely upset that there is still prejudice against pit bulls. I would not recommend this office or this vet to any of our friend and family.
