Service personal that came out to install the cameras was so meticulous and knowledgable. He definitely worked above expectations - even through a storm that popped up out of nowhere. We love the security the cameras add to our home.
They called to tell me they were not receiving any signal from my alarm system. I called back, was scheduled that afternoon. Mason was here on time, tested system, knew problem. Replaced defective part, tested again, back online. No better service to care for your family or business than the Howland Alarm team!
I've had service with Howland alarm for 8 years I love having the security as I sleep at night and they never fail to call me when my alarm goes off they are very alert. And the office staff and support are so kind and helpful.
