Our sump pump and connected pipes got clogged when rocks fell into the crock. The plumber took the pump with him to check out at the shop and brought it back fixed, along with replacing pipes that had blown off from being clogged, first thing the next morning. I was shocked by how inexpensive it was! It came to well under $200 when I was anticipating possibly $3-400. I highly recommend.

I was replacing my ROSystem filters and broke something on the housing, Amy at Omega ordered the new part and they didn't charge me for it. I think I'll let them change the filters next time. Thanks Omega, thanks Amy! They put the RO in along with a water softener back in '05. They do great work! No problems.
