Rooms were kind of meh. AC unit was very loud when it clicked on. Smoke detectors hanging off the wall just by the wire. Shower extension pointed outside of the shower such that water shoots all over the bathroom the first time you turn it on.

I had an issue with my room and went down to the front desk to speak to somebody about it. The woman who helped me out was Meghan. She was very friendly and extremely accommodating. I told Meghan that it was my first time in Columbus, and I love a room with a view. She upgraded my room (to a corner spot on one of the top levels) because of my status and because of the situation. She went out of her way to help me out with other questions and concerns. It’s too bad that all hotel employees aren’t like Meghan. The Westin is lucky to have her!
