The building is beautiful and has that classic Westin charm… but stepping into the rooms feels like you’ve time-traveled a couple decades back. It’s very dated, and unfortunately that showed most at night. Sleeping there felt less like rest and more like an endurance test.

I was able to interact with about five staff during my one night stay and every single person was friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, it was very clean. The restaurant had decent food, not out of this world. But again, the service was friendly and timely. The rooms were small but clean and well appointed, and as expected for the Westin brand. For me, the location was excellent because we spent the night to enjoy a show at the southern theater which is attached and makes it very convenient. The architecture and historical detail is beautiful. And I always appreciate when the hotel cellebrates historical stories. This one didnt disappoint there either.... read full review
