Was company contracted by my home warranty company. Dorian was technician assigned to my case, and he was punctual, very nice and polite, patient w explanations, great w all communication between him and my warranty company. I am thinking of actually changing to them for my HVAC maintenance, w Dorian as my preferred tech. They are also less expensive and more honest than my current company. I needed someone ASAP to complete our HVAC remediation work from our home inspection. Dorian was not only reliable but professional and on time! He provided exactly what we needed and wrote a professional write up. His prices were good as well. I called Quality Breeze and Air Conditioning when my tenant had an issue with the Air Conditioning. The owner was prompt, knowledgeable and his pricing was was upfront and reasonable. Awesome job! I would definitely recommend this company.
