Ive been going to Nikki since last year and when they opened up Poiema Salon earlier this year it was a no-brainer that i would go wherever she goes to get my hair done. Not only is Nikki incredibly talented and possesses SO much knowledge, but the execution in everything she does and the way she explains it means she deserves more than just 5 stars. On top of her talents as a hairdresser she is beyond personable and makes everyone feel welcome. I truly enjoy getting my hair done now and for the first time ever I have a better understanding of how to do so.
Tristan is absolutely amazing! He does incredible work and is dedicated to excellent customer service. I can’t recommend him enough. I always leave my appointment feeling so much better and more confident!
Tristan takes time to listen to my hair concerns and to understand what kind of look I'm going for. He provides suggestions and recommendations based on his expertise. He and the other stylists are friendly and professional. I always feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment and enjoy our conversations. My hair always looks amazing and exceeds my expectations!
