I would not go here if you are looking for help. The staff doesn't care, and they'll make you feel like an inconvenience. They offer little to no help with actual mental care. This place should have been shut down years ago.

You can't ever get ahold of anyone at this facility to check on your family member. The facility was dirty, if you are wanting therapy for your family member they get one 30 group session and day and that is the only help they get. When asked if we could get help with housing the social worker told our loved one the only way they could help if they were homeless, which they were not, we only wanted help with them becoming independent. Took deo, soap (that did not have alcohol in them, I made sure) and cigarettes and they never got them and nobody knew what happened to them. Beware, if you really need help look elsewhere.

My brother was admitted here for 1 week during a psychotic manic episode of his Bipolar and the communication from the medical team was awful. He was transported there from the Mount Carmel ER on a Thursday evening and I was not able to get confirmation that he was even there and safe until Monday evening. After leaving at least 10 voicemails with every person possible, no one ever called me back all weekend. During his 1 week stay, I was only able to talk with a nurse twice while he was there.
