Chad and his team did a great job. They removed the old deck and added a cover paver patio integrated into the house with a firepit are and seating area. It looks great! I had a few pavers crack on 6 months and his team came out the same week to replace them. They have a great warranty.

We appreciated how the quote was given with different line items, to know exact costs upfront. Clear communication through out the project. We are very happy with Creative Earthscapes and our new composite deck and pavilion. Communication was great, pricing was fair (not the highest or the lowest quotes we received), and the final product was exactly what we wanted. It was important for us to have our pavilion built into the house, looking like it was constructed as part of the original build, and CE delivered. Other companies we contacted were using pavilion “kits” which required one support post on each corner. CE was able to cut into our stucco and mount one side to the house framing, avoiding a post taking up usable deck space. CE also handled all the permitting and HOA approvals which was very convenient. We highly recommend CE and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We cannot recommend Creative Earthscapes enough. They built a 4-seasons room for us that attached to a brand new deck and pergola. They used high end materials but were very great at suggesting items that fit within our budget. We got several other quotes and none of them could match the value from Creative Earthscapes. They were fast, communicative, diligent and easy to work with. Our project turned out even better than we could’ve hoped!

Creative Earthscapes did a fantastic job on our backyard living space. They tore out an old deck and built a beautiful covered stone patio, outdoor kitchen with fireplace, sunken hot tub and extensive landscaping. I would not hesitate to hire Creative Earthscapes. We had an outstanding result on the patio/pergola build that we had done. We are very happy with it! I know both Bill (Pergola team) and Rafeal (Patio team) have been contracted by Creative Earthcapes for quite some time and they and the crew are both very skilled in what they do. Lisa and Kelli in the office were also very supportive and timely in my inquiries. The price was very fair. It was not the lowest bid (nor the highest by far- some were just ridiculous) but we were not going for that- we wanted quality and competence and we got that. Chad (the owner and salesperson) went out of his way to get us the pavers we requested and was pretty good in responding to messages when we had questions. We provided a Scope of Work statement with the details that we wanted and I would recommend that to help develop an accurate proposal/contract.
