I have been seeing Haylea for 10+ years and she is the ONLY person I trust when it comes to anything involving my face! I followed her when she transferred stores and now drive 35 mins each way just for her! She is family to not only me, but my son and husband as well! She always provides excellent customer service and her work never disappoints!!!! I had been thinking of laminating my brows for months, but wasn’t exactly sure. Talked with Haylea and we decided to go for it and she did an AMAZING job, as always! She explained the process and was very reassuring and gave me exactly what I wanted!!! Thank you Haylea!!!
I usually don’t go back to the same person twice for things like this (beauty services), but I’ve gone to Hannah L. several times now to get my eyebrows done and she exceeds my expectations every single time.
I’m generally pretty clueless on what exactly I’m looking for but she somehow understands all of my vague requests and takes the time to explain things that I don’t understand without making me feel stupid!!! I’m a very anxious person which usually discourages me from services like this, but she always makes me feel comfortable. She’s super kind and engages in conversation but she won’t pressure you to talk if you don’t want to.

I was also very pleased after visiting the Benefit brow bar at Ulta. I got an appointment right away for just walking into the store. Very unexpected but happy for the great customer service! Before the brow's get done they have to ask you some questions like if your allergic to anything or are currently taking any medications for your skin. I had previously been on accutane but was still able to do the brow wax because it had been over a year since I last used the medication to resolve my acne concerns.
