I used John Ponczoch and his team at Mr Handyman for several projects at my home in Columbia Station. They put in new screen doors for me, repaired some siding that blew off in a strong storm and also installed new composite decking in my almost 1600 sq ft deck and pool surround. I was very happy with the crew, they were professional, on-time, in uniform and cleaned up their workspace at the end of each day.
Recently had them do a few small projects and found the team to be easy to work with, professional, and the work was completed timely and as expected. We then had them back to redo a small bathroom and laundry room in which required electrical, plumbing, painting, and laying a new floor. They did a great job and we are very happy with the outcome. They kept us informed throughout the process, took time to explain things, and helped us address challenges that popped up through the program. As others mentioned they treated the project as if it was in their own house and treated us with the upmost respect. Very easy to work with and quickly earned my trust! John’s team installed our backsplash after our counter tops we completed. The work is top notice and shows they have the work ethic of a person you would want to work in your home. They are clean and efficient and take great pride and detail in their work! Will be using them again for a few other projects at our home!Follow up- Just recently John's team member Bill installed new hanging lights over our island counter replacing the old out of date can lights( shown in the following pictures.) There were modifications to be made inside the soffit and the install was clean and neat! This completes the re-design of our kitchen! Thank you John and your company Mr. Handyman... read full review
