I've been trying to contact the Bolwell Family Medicine department/practice for two weeks and have left several messages for Dr Joshua Weiner and haven't heard anything from their office- just radio silence. I HAVE to contact them every month due to my medicine not being renewable and I can't contact them because they never answer the phone, not even during office hours when they say they'll be around. the whole point of me switching from my last doctor was to get someone nearby who can fulfill my needs, and nothing is being fulfilled. I don't know what else to do besides try to get their attention with a bad review.
