The center provides quality, personalized, and family-oriented comprehensive health care services to Northeast Ohio residents at reasonable cost, with professional and dedicated employees. Patients have had mixed experiences with the services offered at this NEON location. While some have praised the dental care, noting the wonderful dentist and staff, others have reported issues with the eye care services, such as a limited selection of glasses and improper procedures. Additionally, some patients have found the nurses to be rude, leading to long wait times. However, overall, the staff is described as polite, helpful, and caring, providing a positive experience for low-income patients seeking dental care.
The computers have been down since April of 24. Everything is done manually. Although staff and Doctors are professional even though there’s more writing that has to be done. Without the computers running more errors can be made.
Phone has been on a busy signal since last Friday- put a notice up on the website to let people know what’s going on- people need their medications and communication with their doctors, it’s not that hard.
