Hi, I just want to clarify the misinformation that someone posted regarding this facility. It is very clean and well kept. The staff is amazingly awesome and cares about your injuries. They are courteous and polite. This facility is not noisy at all. Some people say things that are not truthful for spiteful reasons. I love this place and am glad that I found it. Very loud, unorganized and way too many people in one space. Felt like I was in a large circus. Did not even get a actual examination by the chiropractor before adjusting me. Just had like 3 people look at me beforehand who asked me questions. I did a total amount of 30 mins of waiting in the waiting room and in the back by a cold door. Not warm in this building. Felt like another number not a patient.

Money hungry evil place, I dealt with these guys some years back after a car crash and i was a bad experience. They ended up treating me for about 6 weeks 2x a week and at the end they took a huge chunk of my check I wouldn't recommend so I get into another accident and these guys call my girlfriend and solicited her and me there with there smooth talk... I have no idea why we showed up. Me and my girlfriend opted for no treatment but we still get a bill for $300 and I'm heated about it. If its not a lawyer or insurance don't talk to them !!!

Dr. Ty, Kim, Jasmine and Marleigh were wonderful. They seemed to genuinely care about addressing my pain. Maggie cut off my care preemptively, twice. I stuck around for a few years, won't be back.

The day before Thanksgiving, I made a small movement that completely threw my back out. This is a recurring issue I have had for years and it usually takes a week before I can even kind of return to my normal range of motion. My normal chiropractor was closed, so I called around the city until I could find somewhere to take me in. This was the only place that was open and willing to schedule an immediate appointment. The wonderful receptionist said, "you can just head here now and we will fit you in!" I was in tears throughout my visit from the pain, but after several varied adjustments coupled with massage, I was able to make it through the holiday (with a heating pad and ice pack) and my pain was tremendously relieved in 1-2 days. I felt like they made a recovery plan that worked for me and didn't just brush me off. They are now my main spot!

Meh. Not great. $150 for initial visit which included a lot of interview and waiting. The place seemed dirty and felt like a warehouse. There were temporary walls put up to block visually but nothing to block the sound of other chatty patients. There was a guy with a voice like Roseanne Bar's husband Dan. I could here him the whole time. I could tell you his life story. He works third shift, likes to take his Addrroll in the afternoon and his ambiance when he gets off work. Bla bla bla. He was soooo loud. They put me through a super long interview and then put me in a room to do stem on but on such a low power that I couldn't feel it, even after I asked her to turn it up the voltage. Plus the massage table looked dirty. There were oil and lotion marks on the table meaning they don't clean between clients. Then the chiropractor saw me for 1 minute and only adjusted one spot. The massage therapist was nice but it was short. What a waste of time, money, and life.

Dr. Eric and Dr. Meeks were very professional and I feel great every time I leave their office. The overall staff is always very friendly and my appointments are prompt, which is good with my busy schedule! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for chiropractic care in the Cleveland area.
