If you want a yoga studio that offers a warm welcome, no ego, come-as-you-are vibe, Laurie's place is for you. The tiny studio is big on cozy and just the right balance of spiritual to physical--you leave feeling better in your body and more centered. I also like that she offers monthly sound baths and other special events.

Her intimate space in Tremont is cozy and inviting; her soothing mat, electric blanket, and essential oils for the end-of-massage neck and head rub (spoiler alert!) are luxurious and help make me feel totally relaxed.
