I really like Dr. Natesan, yes they run behind but he has been one of the most thorough doctors I’ve ever had. He really cares about his patients, he takes his time and he makes sure that he spends a sufficient amount of time with you, to make sure he addresses everything you have going on with you!!! We need more doctors like him!! Dr. Natesan goes above and beyond the call of duty!!!

I find it rude and disrespectful to patients when you arrive to the doctors office for your scheduled appointment and the physician has not even arrived. My grandmother waited almost 2 hours before Dr. Natesan showed up. There was a room full of patients sitting in the waiting room waiting for him to show. No consideration for others time.

Faith medical in Richmond Hts is the most disgusting drs office I have ever been in. They got a nasty woman at the front desk who all she cares about is lunch. Dr. Anand is a fine dr but is in a very unprofessionaloffice. I am currently looking for another PCP. Need ventilation in stanky office.

If you want to wait hours in the office for him to show up late then feel free. He also doesn’t listen to your needs and what you tell him is wrong with you.

This is by far the worse medical facility I have ever even. The office staff is totally untrained and totally lacks professionalism. The medical assistants are not very knowledgeable. The communication between the patients, doctorsi and medical assistants is non-existent. Stay away from the Faith Medical Associates facilities.
