They assist with meals, cleaning, errands, and overall care, allowing clients to remain at home. The service is highly responsive to client needs with immediate resolutions. Families recommend this agency for its quality, personal, and professional care for loved ones.
The owner, Mrs. Love is a very personable and professional person whose first priority is the client. A situation came up with my care and she was on it right away with an immediate resolution. I didn't have to call everyday to get it done and was kept up to date on it's progression.
The aides that I have worked with over time have been great. I've had no issues with them cleaning, running errands, assisting with meals and general overall care. They are respectful and mindful of the treatment of your property. I HIGHLY recommend this service.
