Not impressive. New location feels like a mortuary when you go inside, no one was in waiting room 10-12 chairs present , no music. Erie silence and 5 faces behind glass. Was asked a host of illogical not relevant questions by nurse before left in a tiny room (slightly larger than a water closet with Oversized pictures to try to make it look larger. Like a Kubrick film.
I waited in that room (closet)for 40 minutes after my appt time , looking out the window to admire Coco‘s Mexican restaurant. I began to realize that I didn’t wanna wait any longer in this closet after leaving a fully empty waiting room. So I left. I’m not sure if... read full review

As a person who works in the medical field, I was at first very impressed by Dr. Ashraf. After 4 failed attempts to get a call back from him, I’m very disappointed with the lack of follow up by him and his office staff. He ordered an ultrasound test that came back with concerning results (TI-Rad 4 nodules with moderate suspicion of malignancy), and nobody contacted me with these results or the need for follow up with a specialist. After several calls to the office, the receptionist Kim called me back and left a voicemail instructing me to see an ENT specialist (which isn’t the correct specialist for this problem), who I had already seen twice and had surgery with... read full review
