One of my tierods snapped on my wheel and me and my grand baby was stuck in the street. The tow pulled up in responsible time. He was professional and respectful. He kept in communication with me as to my location. The conversation was great during the ride. Ge thought he hit something and pulled over to check. RESPECT FOR ME AND MY VEHICLE. I will use his services again
100% HANDS DOWN BEST COMPANY TO USE IF YOU NEED A TOW or JUNK/SELL YOUR VEHICLE!!! My 1st call the owner was very respectful, friendly, yet direct and to the point, asked me a few important questions, verified the title was clear, quoted me a price asked if he could pick the truck up in a couple of hours between 5:30-6:00pm. He pulled in at 5:25 my husband went out to meet him and do the transfer of title, said the owner did a quick check under the truck did the title and no joke was back inside within 3 minutes, cash in hand. And, it was the EXACT amount he had quoted me which I might add was $170 higher than 2 other quotes and $100 higher than 3 other quotes i was...read full review
