Our water heater heater went out last week. Went through our home warranty and were given Riley Plumbing. Within 24 hours (idk if that's the norm or not, we were marked as emergent due to a disabled child and disabled grandparent in our home) they had replaced our water heater. Tim and his helper Mike came out and took care of augering a sewer line at our house. They were great and thorough. I would post a picture of what they cleaned out but ain't nobody wanna see that.

She was not very responsive or had a good business courtesy. Had to follow up several time to know the status. Instead of diagnosing the problem at our rental property, then calling me to explain the problem and to know if we'd like to continue with the fix, they fixed it and sent me the invoice. It's like between calling them and then sending the invoice of $225 (for not that of a big problem), i had no idea what was going on.
