Preston Charles and the staff of the Preston Charles Funeral Home were there for us after the loss of my sister. From the time we initially reached out to him until the service, Preston's care, compassion, and guidance helped our family make decisions for arrangements that would honor my sister's memory. He is intuitive, professional, and personable - all very important when you are dealing with the passing of a loved one. Preston Charles Funeral Home definitely lives up to it's reputation! Mr. Preston and his staff were nothing but Stellar with the passing of my Dad. They were able to get us in within a week of his passing and provided the utmost care and concern during the process. I had witnessed their work through the passing of my good friend Archie Byers-a wonderful Homegoing!I can say as a person who has now witnessed their work from both sides (planning to the funeral), you will not be disappointed. Preston Charles and his entire Staff rock!!!! Their Customer Service & Professionalism - rate: EXCELLENT! My MOM passed away at home so from the time PCFH hearse car arrived to pick up body until the time my mom was laid to rest, his staff remained professional, supportive, caring, comforted us, etc. During the planning stage, Preston offered best advice based on family choices. If asked "Would you recommend PCFH to a friend, co-worker, or family member?" my answer would be YES. On the behalf of the entire Carter Family, we say THANK YOU for services!
